In creating Allegro’s Coffees, we search the world for the highest quality beans, partnering with growers from over fifty different farms who utilize traditional and sustainable methods when growing, harvesting and processing our coffees. These growers share our values for being stewards of the environment and employ water conservation, manual weeding (forgoing the use of pesticides) and other organic farming practices.

We pay our farming partners a price for their crops that exceeds their costs of production. Some people call this good business. We call it fair. Paying our growers a fair price provides them the means to reinvest in their farms, hire and retain the best workers and stay in business for the long term. Consequently, paying a fair price buys us consistency—ensuring that every cup of Allegro coffee tastes great year after year.
