Sigri Estate is located in the ideal microclimate of the Waghi Valley in the highlands of Papua New Guinea. We purchase only the specially selected round shaped peaberries, which are the result of only one bean forming inside the cherry instead of the normal two. Typically a Peaberry makes up around 3% of any given harvest and we find it adds a deeper dimension to the cup.
